Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 Years of Graduation / Post Graduation with a minimum CGPA 3.0 out Of 4.0 or 1st Class in any discipline from any UGC approved university
∎ Minimum 3.75 out of 5.0 in both SSC& HSC or 3A's in O level & 2A's in A level
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good command over English & Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Age: Age not over 30 years as on 01.09.2021 (relaxable for the children of freedom fighters up to the age of 32 years)
Salary:
∎ Selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for a period of 01 year with a monthly consolidate pay of Tk. 50,000.00 (Taka Fifty Thousand Only). On successful completion of probation period, they will be absorbed as Senior Officer under the banks regular pay package admissible in the grade.
