Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any reputed University having no 3rd division/class or CGPA less than 2.50 in any examination.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement an Islami Credit Card business strategy to meet Net profit goal.
∎ Responsible for developing Marketing strategy, product value propositions, pricing & positioning for the range of Islami Credit Card products.
∎ Responsible for product design, packaging, communication, promotions and customer insights.
∎ Spearhead Co-brand & affinity programs to enhance market share.
∎ Responsible for Activation, Usage & retention programs. Develop & implement programs for increasing card spends & improving the % of revolvers.
∎ Increase penetration of sub products and cross sell products with a view to enhancing profitability.
∎ Responsible for sales from all channels including DSA, Direct Marketing, cross selling, Branches, MGM.
∎ Work closely with direct banking unit to ensure customer satisfaction & timely resolution of customer complaints.
∎ Interface with Visa & Master card to ensure compliance, remain conversant with emerging trends and to leverage relationship to the Bank's advantage.
∎ Develop a smooth customer service process and increase the customer satisfaction.
∎ Work closely with Operations, Technology in providing a seamless card product through third party vendor.
∎ Monitor operational excellence and propose reengineering
∎ Focus on customer orientation, service standard and service quality.
∎ Explore market to increase business profitability.
∎ Planning, Directing and Managing of Sales Team.
∎ Ensure Compliance issues of regulatory authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good command over English is desirable.
∎ Minimum 10-12 years of experience out of which at least 03 years of experience of working in a leadership position in Card Division.
∎ Should have relevant exposure to Islami Credit Card Marketing & product development.
∎ Sales exposure of Cards is advantageous.
