Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters Degree from any reputed University having no 3rd division/class or CGPA less than 2.50 in any examination.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Branch Profitability i.e. accountable for achieving set targets as assigned by the management in terms of Assets and Liabilities.
∎ Maintain a high quality portfolio.
∎ Monitor market & competition indicators and formulate strategies to acquire new relationships and maintain existing client to increase profitable market share.
∎ Build reputation of the bank by providing excellent service.
∎ Manage important stakeholders including businessman, social opinion leaders, government administration.
∎ Manage a big or moderate level Branch which involves growing business in terms of the Investment, deposit, customer base and revenue.
∎ Ensure high quality service to both internal and external customers of the branch.
∎ Manage all other activities of the branch with high ethical standard and complying with both internal and external compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10-12 years of working experience in any reputed commercial bank with 05 years managerial experience.
∎ Must have extensive experience in General Banking, Trade Finance, Operations and Investment Management.
∎ Excellent cliental base for Corporate, SME & Retail Business.
∎ Incumbent needs to be all-rounder in communication, relationship management, team management etc.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Computer literacy & fluency in English is desirable.
∎ Must be willing to work in any branch of the bank.
∎ Candidates from the mentioned areas will be given preference.
