• Participate in rotational assignments across departments such as Merchandising, Production, Supply Chain, IE & Planning, IT, HR, and more.

• Get exposure to the company’s business operations and processes to understand the broader organizational strategy.

• Analyze business challenges, suggest improvements, and contribute to key decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with team members to meet the goal.

• Develop problem-solving and decision-making skills through continuous feedback.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and insights based on the departmental rotations.

• Assist in identifying growth opportunities and implementing solutions for business challenges.

• Exhibit proactive involvement in learning sessions and team-building activities to prepare for future managerial roles.

• Any other assignments assigned by the company management.
