∎ Risk Management Department

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting, vetting and reviewing of various kinds of loans and charge documents;
∎ Participating in disbursement procedure from legal aspect;
∎ Checking and confirming status of conditions precedent checklist before disbursement;
∎ Vetting of property related documents;
∎ Conducting various legal due diligences for loan disbursement;
∎ Handling case files, maintaining case status & other relevant updates;
∎ Helping to prepare briefs, complaints, motions and other documents required;
∎ Representing IDCOL in legal matters before the court/tribunal;
∎ Maintaining liaison with IDCOL's external law chambers to ensure best possible actions;
∎ Performing any other duties as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Enrolled with Bangladesh Bar Council;
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
