Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
    • Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
    • Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Science/Engineering from a recognized private & public university

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and observation skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with workers and management

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Willingness to travel and work across various project sites



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in conducting environmental impact assessments and audits.

  • Support the implementation of waste management, pollution control, and water conservation plans.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and national environmental regulations (e.g., PCB, MoEFCC).

  • Collect and analyze environmental data (air, water, noise) and prepare reports.

  • Participate in daily site safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.

  • Assist in conducting Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments for construction and operational activities.

  • Support the investigation of incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and help in developing corrective actions.

  • Promote a strong safety culture by participating in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness campaigns.

  • Learn and help maintain all necessary EHS documentation, permits, and legal registers.

  • Assist in preparing and submitting statutory reports to regulatory bodies.

  • Support the team in ensuring compliance with IS, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.

  • Undergo structured training modules on EHS laws, safety management systems, and emergency preparedness.

  • Assist in developing and delivering EHS induction and refresher training for workers and staff.
