- Installation of Windows, Windows Server, Mac OS, Linux (Many Distribution) etc.
- Configuration and Installation of Desktop, Laptop, Printer services.
- Troubleshooting and tracking of user problems and solutions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS and application errors.
- Plan, implement and manage IT hardware and software upgrades.
- Manage help desk with professional manner and improve services according to User Perception Report.
- Solving user’s problems live and support over phone.
- Identifying, diagnosing and resolving network problems.
