Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to collect the documents from bank/forwarding office / carrier office.
∎ Assist to submit the shipping documents from bank/forwarding office / carrier office.
∎ Corresponding with C&F for shipping.
∎ Supporting with executive/officer/assistant for arranging BEPZA & custom clearance/permission for shipping the goods.
∎ Responsible to collect the vehicle for ex-factory of finished goods.
∎ Helping to Prepare bank /buyer/supplier document for shipping.
∎ Helping to submit b/l, preparing ,checking, sending & updating SAL status.
∎ Assist to make GSP. CO
∎ Maintaining export details chart.
∎ Preparation of export entry , passes, invoices
∎ Helping to Prepare of SAL (Shipping Authorization letters)
∎ Maintaining import shipment records.
∎ Corresponding with local forwarding agent for clearance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Candidates with experience in cash incentive system will be given preference

Salary: Negotiable
