Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support daily departmental operations and assist in achieving performance targets
∎ Provide technical and user support (IT), assist with ERP and system updates
∎ Coordinate recruitment, employee engagement, and office administration (HR & Admin)
∎ Maintin financial & Production Records bookkeeping, and assist with reporting (Accounts)
∎ Manage inventory records, stock tracking, and logistics coordination (Store)
∎ Oversee Production floor cleanliness, safety compliance, and machinery maintenance (Production)
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless business processes
∎ Participate in on-the-job training and contribute to team initiatives
