The Customer Relationship Executive/Manager will play a key role in ensuring positive client experiences and maintaining long-term customer partnerships for Alam Textile & Garments. This position is responsible for understanding client needs, managing communication, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The role demands strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently. The selected individual will also contribute to company growth by identifying customer needs, supporting sales efforts, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong communication with existing and new customers
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Must visit various locations across Bangladesh to obtain customer feedback and support the development of company client relationship strategies
Manage client queries, issues, and feedback professionally
Coordinate with production, sales, and delivery teams
Track orders, follow up on timelines, and ensure smooth service
Prepare customer reports, documentation, and service updates
Support business growth through excellent customer engagement
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or relevant field
2–4 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or sales (garments/textile industry)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle clients professionally and patiently
Good computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask
Mentality for the necessary field visits outside Dhaka.
