Job Context
Alam Garments, a leading kidswear manufacturer nationwide, is seeking a motivated Assistant Fashion Designer to contribute to the design and product development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the senior designer in developing kidswear collections

• Support the creation of flat sketches and design presentations

• Help prepare basic tech packs and documentation

• Coordinate with sampling and production teams

• Assist with sourcing materials or trims as needed

• Handle day-to-day design tasks as assigned by management

Additional Requirements

• Only candidates who have relevant working experience in garments industry encourage to apply.

• Candidate must have practical woven Garments Design, Merchandising experience.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.

• Good interpersonal & communication skills.

• An eye for colour and feel for fabrics and materials.

• Capable of transforming designs into mass replicable patterns.

• Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a brief 2-hour design test to demonstrate basic technical skills.
