• Basic knowledge of sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers.
• Honest, reliable, and well-presented.

The Customer Service & Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting in daily sales operations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers visiting our Laksmibazar and Banani outlets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting baby wear and accessories.
• Provide product information, size guidance, and styling suggestions as needed.
• Maintain product display, cleanliness, and overall showroom appearance.
• Handle billing, packaging, and cash transactions accurately.
• Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely and professionally.
• Keep track of stock levels and inform the supervisor about fast-moving or low-stock items.
• Support in daily sales targets and promotional activities.
• Ensure proper recordkeeping and follow showroom operating procedures.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a friendly store environment.
