Knowledge about Finishing layout process management and maintaining of production schedule to accomplish the job target and shipment schedule.

Handle garment shipment per month which having wash, embroidery, print and other finishing related activities.

Ensure smooth execution of overall finishing of apparels as per the buyers' specifications and meet the shipment schedule.

Work closely with Quality Assurance department to ensure the required standard of finished garments.

Constant Liaison with Sewing, Merchandising, and Quality control department to meet the shipment schedule and to check finishing-quality related issues.

Finishing layout, process management and maintaining of production schedule to accomplish the job target and shipment schedule.

To ensure buyer compliance. Conduct team meetings, staff development & coaching to meet highest quality standard.

Daily/weekly/Monthly reporting to management.

Make finishing production plans on regular basis.

Fulfill the buyer demand.

To ensure on time shipment as per buyers quality level.

Ensures quality and conformity of products according to buyer’s requirement.

Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company.

Any other job assigned by top management.
