Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, develop, and engage the Maintenance team to build competence and meet current and future operational needs.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, ISO standards, and Jotun’s Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) systems, with a focus on maintaining critical safety equipment across all sites.
∎ Manage and improve maintenance plans, systems, spare parts inventory, team performance, external service contracts, and costs.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing the Jotun Operations System (JOS) and proactive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programs.
∎ Minimize equipment downtime by regularly reviewing asset performance and identifying areas for operational improvement.
∎ Support equipment selection processes, including participation in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) when required.
