Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Animal Health is hiring Maintenance Engineers who will work at field level to ensure smooth hatchery vaccination operations, provide technical support to customers, and maintain equipment performance. The incumbent will act as the technical in-charge of an assigned territory, ensuring customer satisfaction, proper service management, and effective coordination with hatcheries across the region.
Key Responsibilities -
Maintaining and servicing hatchery vaccination equipment on a regular basis.
Ensure technical support to customers and ensure timely service of hatchery machinery.
Arrange technical seminars or group meetings for hatcheries technicians with machine equipment.
Willing to work at different customer levels in the hatchery premises.
Ensure customer satisfaction through technical support.
Auditing and reporting on hatchery vaccination program services.
Providing training to the vaccination crew about the hatchery vaccination equipment.
Willingness to travel at remote poultry projects at any location in Bangladesh.
