• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Good communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and reporting.

• Good command on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Able to work under pressure & Able to work in a team environment.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of machinery, utilities, and production equipment.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults and take corrective actions promptly.

• Ensure minimum machine downtime and improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).

• Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, and records.

• Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities without hampering operations.

• Supervise technicians and support staff during maintenance and repair works.

• Ensure compliance with safety rules, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

• Monitor spare parts consumption and coordinate with stores for timely availability.

• Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery and equipment.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction in maintenance operations.

• Strong knowledge of PLC, Automation or industrial control systems.

• Experience with HMI/SCADA systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
