Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain regular contact with delinquent clients and keep updated information on their business status.
∎ Close monitoring and follow up with delinquent clients for recovery of overdues.
∎ Report progress of recovery, weekly / monthly to department Head/Branch Manager
∎ Good Knowledge on Classi?cation , Rescheduling, Restructuring as per BB Guidelines
∎ Conversant with NI Act and Artho Rin Act 2003
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience as Head of Retail and Liability Department -Minimum 10 years of experience in liability marketing in any NBFI/Bank.
∎ Experience as Loan Recovery O?cers - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in recovery of loan in NBFI/Bank.
∎ Strong communication/ negotiation skills, market knowledge, can work under stress & achieve targets.
