Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master degree with minimum 2-4 years' experience in relevant field with any NBFI/Bank.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain regular contact with delinquent clients and keep updated information on business status.
∎ Close monitoring and follow up with delinquent clients for recovery overdue.
∎ Report Progress of recovery weekly / monthly to department Head/Branch Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Strong Communication/ Negotiation skills, market knowledge, can work under stress & achieve targets.
∎ Good Knowledge on Classification , Rescheduling, Restructuring as per BB Guidelines
∎ Conversant with NI Act and Artho Rin Act 2003
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15,000 to 20,000 per month depending on experience plus commission based on recovery amount.
