Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Linking, Sweater production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Experienced and technical know-how to set up and run a modern linking machine hanger system.
∎ • Experienced in Sweater production with large volume for at least 5-6 years.
∎ • At least high school / secondary school graduate or vocational graduate in any technical field.
∎ • Knowledgeable on how to read Chinese linking charts/technical sheets and recommend any tension adjustment.
∎ • Knowledgeable of how to change the linking needle for multiple gauge style
∎ • Able to make a Linking plan per line, balancing a load of each line in accordance with buyer style and production planning.
∎ • Can speak Chinese mandarin for easy communication to the buyer
∎ • Technical know-how to troubleshoot linking hanger system and make load adjustment as necessary.
∎ • Knowledgeable and experience on how to identify linking and stitching defects
∎ • Knowledgeable and technical know-how to prevent linking defects identification.
∎ • Technical know-how on setting up linking tension in accordance with the Linking chart
∎ • Monitoring the total linking output of the day.
∎ • Recommend any line improvement on his/her section as necessary.

∎ Age at least 27 years
