Job Summary

The Legal Counsel will use their legal expertise and experience in corporate law, regulations to advise the company on all their legal activities and initiatives. The legal council will share their legal perspective on every occasion and actions in line with the company's interest.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing legal validation and legal background check of the dealings with the other companies.

• Providing legal advice on each initiative of the company.

• Preparing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

• Providing the company sound legal opinion in respective matters.

• Communicate with BEPZA officials, government agencies, and external stakeholders on legal matters.

• Assist in obtaining licenses, permits, and approvals.

• Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

• Support corporate legal documentation and regulatory filings.
