∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Address: Pukurpar, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.
∎ Job Location: Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full support the garment in technical functions like Lean manufacturing of the company.
∎ Manage the garment technologists in their samples evaluation work, coordinating with the factory.
∎ To manage the QA team ensuring that all inspections are conducted as per company's and customers' requirements, coordinating with the factories senior management teams
∎ Working closely with the production & merchandising team to ensure that key dates for sampling and inspection are maintained properly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Garment areas.
∎ Demonstrated and successful track record at a senior level in garment technical and quality management areas.
∎ Very strong technical skills in all types of knit & lingerie and T-shirt.
∎ Strong problem solving and judgment skills.
∎ Very good ability to train up the non-technical QA & Production officials.
∎ Extensive knowledge about the garment production process in factories from sampling until shipment.
∎ Strong personal skills and ability to resolve conflict.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good PC knowledge (Windows OS & MS Office).

Salary: Negotiable
