∎ Masters/Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adequate knowledge and experience to implement lean manufacturing system in garments manufacturing company especially implementation of 5S system for continues improvement of company culture.
∎ Experience to introduce/execute 5S methodology organize before and after 5S implementation, prepare of implementation plan.
∎ Conduct training to concern executives the 5S methodology.
∎ Experience in periodical auditing system.
∎ Directly facilitate and participate in ongoing process improvements through the use of 5S techniques and other lean tools
∎ Establish metrics to monitor improvements (time, money, etc.) as compared to original process
∎ Conduct training and executes the directions and policies of the core committee.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well-groomed, smart and energetic problem solving and result oriented
∎ Strong knowledge in quality systems, Lean management and all kinds of Technical audits.
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English.
