Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Lead/Senior Software Engineer to produce and implement functional software solutions. Your goal will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals.
∎ Technologies we are using:
∎ Languages & Framework: PHP, Laravel, Python, JavaScript, Node JS, React JS
∎ Development Methodology: Agile, SCRUM
∎ Databases & Storage: RDBMS, Mongo DB, Redis

∎ Operating System: Mac OS, Ubuntu, Cent OS, Windows.
∎ Cloud Platform: AWS, Digital Ocean, GCP, Oracle, Local
∎ Web Servers: Apache, Nginx
∎ CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Load balancing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop high-quality software design and architecture
∎ Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
∎ Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
∎ Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
∎ Review and debug code
∎ Perform validation and verification testing
∎ Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
∎ Document development phases and monitor systems
∎ Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer
∎ Have hands-on experience in multiple programming languages where PHP and/or python experience is a must.
∎ Hands-on experience on HRMS & ERP projects.
∎ Your mentality must be like a polyglot programmer.
∎ Have a good understanding of System architecture and data distribution.
∎ Have working experience with clustered databases like MySQL, Postgres, or Clustered Redis.
∎ You have good knowledge of CI/CD pipeline, docker.
∎ You need to have good knowledge of System architecture, data pipelining, and database design.
∎ You can write clean and modular codes.
∎ You are self-managed and have a team management experience
∎ You are dedicated and reliable
∎ You have to think like an engineer
