Job Context:
∎ Must be familiar with Wordpress
∎ Except wordpress prospective web developers should have knowledge in the three core programming components: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
∎ You should also have the skill about CSS and CSS frameworks such as Backbone, Bootstrap, and Foundation. Finally, to build applications, you should be proficient in back-end languages such as Ruby, Java, PHP and tools such as Oracle and SQL Server.
∎ The ideal candidates should be creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our clients next generation websites and web tools. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must act as a leader and lead the whole Web team.
∎ Revise, edit, proofread & optimize web application content.
∎ Work with cross-functionally to enhance overall user experience on the platforms.
∎ Own various design tasks involved in the web & software development life cycle from start to finish.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of experience using Wordpress
∎ Proficiency in at least one server-side technology (Java, PHP, Laravel, NodeJS, Python,Ruby)
∎ Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
∎ Have in-depth understanding of UX and UI in the context of website design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Web Developing/ Web Designing, Web Technologies
∎ Mathematical aptitude
∎ Problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills
∎ Accuracy and attention to detail
∎ An understanding of the latest trends and their role in a commercial environment

Salary:
∎ Starting from 50,000 bdt/month A competitive salary structure.
