Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create monthly, quarterly and annual plans for Mime 360 Ltd's Marketing clients based on target market analysis and client's recommendations (client's goals such as brand awareness or conversions)
∎ Lead the strategy team and collaborate with our Client Servicing and Creative team to ensure that the client's demands are met
∎ Delegating key responsibilities to account managers through effective Project Management
∎ Conceptualize original ideas for marketing campaigns that make use of Mime 360 Ltd's existing expertise in new and creative ways
∎ Carry out periodic market research to gauge emerging market trends
∎ Ensure that all promotional activities fit the brand narratives of all clients
∎ Lead the pitching process for potential clients by analyzing their target market, establishing goals, and illustrating execution possibilities
∎ Maintain high quality of strategy for all promotional content
∎ Train the strategy team to keep up with new market analysis and promotion execution methods

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years of experience working in a relevant department.
∎ A proven track record in the development of strategic plans to benefit the client
∎ Critical Thinking and Analytical skills for assessing large sums of data (from the market and competitors) to determine where the strategy for a brand is headed, as well as for identifying gaps in the existing framework of a client's brand persona
∎ Strategic Planning and Strategic Design skills for creating a content vision, content concepts, and information architectures
∎ Leadership Skills in the form of project management, maintaining time efficiencies, and motivating all team members
∎ Presentation and Communication Skills for handling pitches to potential clients, networking, and for effectively relaying information to other departments at Mime 360 Ltd
∎ Storytelling skills to help create a narrative for each brand, and develop content that stands out and resonates with the target market of a brand; such skills would be further aided by an awareness of topical events and pop culture
∎ Familiarity with Digital Marketing platforms and Social Media
∎ The drive and determination to learn and self-improve on the job while embracing constructive criticism
∎ The resilience to work across a number of projects and balance a workload
