Responsibilities & Context:
Customer Relations & Sales (Membership Growth)
- Athletika is a premium, referral-led wellness destination built to redefine the fitness experience in Bangladesh. We're looking for confident, service-first professionals (male & female) who can build relationships, convert leads into members, and elevate every touchpoint of the Athletika journey.
What You'll Do
- Own membership sales and consistently hit growth targets
- Manage lead handling, follow-ups, and conversions (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Present and sell personal training + wellness services with clarity and confidence
- Deliver a high-touch member experience to drive retention and referrals
- Support campaigns, promotions, and referral programs
- Handle member concerns with professionalism, empathy, and solutions
- Maintain clean, accurate sales & member records (CRM/ERP)
