Key responsibilities

কাস্টমার কে কনভেন্স করার ব্যাপারে ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
বিক্রয় পেশায় বিভিন্ন চ্যালেঞ্জ মোকাবেলা করার ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
মাইক্রোসফট এক্সেল, ওয়ার্ড, বা গুগল সীট এবং ফেস বুক বুস্টিং সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
মোবাইল বা কম্পিউটার দিয়ে কাস্টমার ডাটাবেস তৈরী করতে হবে।
বাইরের এলাকায় (ফিল্ড ভিজিট) গিয়ে কাজ করতে হবে।
রিয়েল এস্টেট সম্পর্কে মৌলিক ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
টিমে কাজ করার ব্যাপারে এক্সপার্ট হতে হবে।
টার্গেট ভিত্তিক কাজ করতে হবে।
প্লট বিক্রয় ও ফ্ল্যাট বিক্রয়ের মধ্যে পার্থক্য কি তা জানা থাকতে হবে।
