Sales Management:

• Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure goals are met.

• Assist team members in closing deals and negotiating contracts.

• Maintain strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

• Resolve client issues and provide guidance to the team on handling objections.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents.

• Provide training and coaching to improve team performance.

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Operational Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.

• Prepare reports on team performance and market conditions.

• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in all transactions.
