Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote manpower supply and recruitment services.
• Identify new local and international clients, employers, and overseas principals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and foreign partners.
• Conduct market research to identify manpower demand trends and business opportunities.
• Prepare and present marketing proposals, company profiles, and service agreements.
• Negotiate service terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to fulfill client manpower requirements.
• Promote company services through meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
• Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and service satisfaction.
• Maintain a database of clients, prospects, and business leads.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Achieve monthly and annual business development and revenue targets.
