Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Law (LLM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of Legal Cases & Legal Matters.
∎ Review & scrutiny of all documents having legal implication.
∎ Follow up court cases, attend court & support the lawyers regarding conduction of cases of the Bank.
∎ Drafting of deeds, documents, agreements etc.
∎ Providing legal opinion, suggestions, vetting etc.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Enlistment as an advocate.
∎ Well conversant with Artharin Adalat Ain, Negotiable Instruments Act, Land related laws and regulations, Bank Company Act, Company Act and Laws of Contract.
∎ The candidate should also have good knowledge about other laws that are relevant to Banking operations.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary and Designation will depend on the experience and background of the selected candidates.
