∎ Age at least 23 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To furnish Vetting Report confirming the proposed property is mortgage-able or not by way of analyzing legal risk-matrix and declare good right of relevant property documents.
∎ Review all fresh, revised and final Vetting Report placed by other law officer by way of ensuring effective review and confirm whether the proposed property is mortgage-able or not.
∎ Monitor collection of all Title Search Report of relevant property documents with the help of external lawyer and in case of few emergency cases with the help of Mortgage Support Team.
∎ Visit Sub-Registry Office for completion of Pre-registration, Registration and Post-Registration related works and have good relationship with various Sub-Registry Office, AC Land Office and land office.
∎ Prepare Deed of Mortgage, Deed of Irrevocable Power of Attorney, Deed of Redemption, Deed of Revocation, various customized letter of undertaking and all other Charge documents.
∎ To review & re-check Deed of Mortgage, Deed of Irrevocable Power of Attorney, Deed of Redemption, Deed of Revocation, various customized letter of undertaking and so on considering basic parameter.
∎ Perform general legal services for the company including direction on corporate and commercial issues, contract negotiation and documentation and others related issues.
∎ Provide timely and relevant management information and ensure reporting within deadline on regular and on demand basis.To ensure internal and external regulatory compliance as per guidelines.
∎ To have excellent business communication skills, Core Job Knowledge in relation to land related laws and Clear Idea about legal documentation process with strong analytical ability.
∎ Possesses the ability to overcome obstacles such as limited time, resources and support to achieve the objectives.
∎ Maintain MIS of all types of service requests received for Mortgage Management Unit.
∎ Monitor execution of deferred Deed of Irrevocable Power of Attorney which caused by non-completion of Mutation and/or Mortgage Permission.
∎ Escalate various types of query/new idea/Information to management within deadline
∎ To provide effective response against audit query/observation from time to time.
∎ To have new and original idea that will contribute to improve productivity and service levels in the organization.
∎ To perform all other Incidental work assigned or to be assigned as per management decision.
