Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).

• Prior training/experience in security services, law enforcement, or armed forces (preferred).

• Strong situational awareness and ability to respond quickly to threats.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Bangla & English.       

• Physically fit, disciplined, and capable of handling long duty hours and travel schedules.

• Knowledge of self-defense, first aid, and basic security equipment handling.

• High level of integrity, reliability, and confidentiality.

• Provide close protection and escort services during office hours, official programs, and travel (domestic/international).

• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding personal and organizational matters.

• Monitor and assess security risks and vulnerabilities, reporting any concerns promptly to the Security In-Charge.

• Coordinate with drivers, office security personnel, and event organizers to ensure seamless and secure movement.

• Ensure safe entry and exit at all venues, residences, and official functions.

• Remain alert and vigilant against any suspicious activity, intrusion, or breach of security.

• Provide emergency support in case of medical issues, accidents, or unforeseen events.

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and readiness for duty at all times.
