Experience:
Graduate in any Discipline preferably in Business Administration
Up to 4 years of experience in real estate, property management, or hospitality services.
Prior exposure to tenant relations, complaint handling, and onboarding processes.
Strong knowledge of real estate laws, rental agreements, and hospitality standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and tenant management systems.
Complaint Management of Tenants
Act as the primary point of contact for tenant complaints and service issues.
Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and property management teams to address issues.
Provide clear communication and updates to tenants regarding complaint resolution.
Escalate unresolved or complex complaints to senior management when necessary.
Maintain a complaint log and generate reports to identify recurring issues.
Implement proactive measures to reduce future complaints’
Tenant Onboarding
Identify and engage potential tenants through marketing and outreach initiatives.
Conduct property tours and explain features, amenities, and rental terms.
Assist tenants with application processes, documentation, and contract signing.
Verify tenant eligibility and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
Coordinate move-in schedules and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
