Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality Management or Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
10+ years of experience in property management, serviced apartments, or long-stay hospitality.
Proven global or regional exposure in managing residential portfolios.
Strong understanding of leasing laws, property operations, and asset optimization.

Responsibilities & Context:
Define strategy for long-term rentals, serviced apartments, and managed residences.
Lead onboarding of property owners, developers, and institutional partners.
Establish operating standards for leasing, maintenance, tenant experience, and compliance.
Drive global expansion into priority markets including GCC and Southeast Asia.
Implement tech-enabled property management systems and centralized operations.
Own commercial models including management fees, revenue share, and value-added services.
Recruit and lead operations, sales, CX, and asset management teams.
Own overall business P&L and portfolio performance.
