Maintenance & Operations

• Plan, execute, and supervise routine and preventive maintenance of buildings, structures, and civil infrastructure.

• Monitor the condition of facilities and initiate timely repair and renovation works.

• Ensure proper upkeep of office premises, warehouses, plants, and utilities.

Project & Repair Management

• Coordinate civil maintenance projects including renovation, refurbishment, and minor construction works.

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and technical specifications.

• Supervise contractors, vendors, and site activities to ensure quality and timely completion.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all civil works comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments of infrastructure.

• Maintain documentation related to safety, maintenance logs, and audit requirements.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.

• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

• Support procurement in selecting cost-effective and quality vendors.

Budget & Cost Control

• Monitor maintenance budgets and control costs without compromising quality.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities in maintenance and operations.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain maintenance schedules, reports, drawings, and records.

• Provide periodic reports on facility condition, maintenance activities, and improvement plans.
