Education:
  • Graduate in any Discipline preferably in Business Administration

  • Up to 4 years of experience in property acquisition, real estate sales, or hospitality partnerships.

  • Proven track record in negotiation, relationship management, and property onboarding.

  • Familiarity with real estate laws, hospitality standards, and CRM tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel locally for property visits and meetings.

Responsibilities & Context:

Segment 1: New Property Acquisition

  • Identify potential properties suitable for real estate listings or hospitality offerings.

  • Initiate contact with property owners and present partnership opportunities.

  • Negotiate terms and agreements for onboarding new properties.

  • Coordinate with legal and operations teams.

  • Maintaining a pipeline of prospective properties.

  • Visit properties for inspection and documentation as needed.

  • Ensure all newly acquired properties meet brand standards.

Segment 2: Landlord Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing landlords.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.

  • Address landlord concerns, feedback, and service-related issues promptly.

  • Monitor property performance and suggest improvements to maximize occupancy and revenue.

  • Coordinate updates to property listings, pricing, and availability.

  • Facilitate timely payments, contract renewals, and documentation.
