Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure efficient servicing of all RQ request types, ensuring high quality matches and recipes are produced and submitted within agreed service lead times.
∎ To support bulk production through the effective management and shift wise coordination of all Laboratory operations and processes (i.e. colour matching, sample preparation, Ahiba and Simplex operations)
∎ To monitor performance against Laboratory KPIs and implement actions leading to performance improvement
∎ To ensure all laboratory operators are fully trained (and cross-trained) to meet the requirements of their roles and can perform their tasks in accordance with all relevant SOPs and safety requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
