Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/Chemical Engineering
Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform routine as well as non-routine evaluation of raw materials, intermediate and finished formulations along with packaging components as per SOPs
∎ To ensure to get familiar with standard analytical lab equipment usage in industry
∎ To compile and record data for documentation needed for testing and reports preparation
∎ To implement development method and validation protocols
∎ To review and update SOPs related to quality control
∎ To ensure regulatory compliance working with GLP and GMP environment
∎ To interact with Operations, Quality Assurance and R&D
∎ To operate and implement analytical lab instrumentation
∎ To maintain and manage accurate and precise documentation
∎ 1 To support insuring testing to be in compliance with schedules by team-oriented processing
∎ To conduct laboratory evaluation of samples
∎ To record data on computer following standard operating methods
∎ To update and calibrate lab analysis instrumentation
∎ To comply with standard procedures and quality control to improve product
∎ To conduct regular computations, update records and develop reports
∎ To prepare lab equipment for upcoming research experiments
∎ To perform laboratory tests including pre and post analytic phases
∎ To collect and prepare testing samples
∎ To research relevant topics and gather information/data and provide technical support to the team
∎ To supervise staff, carrying out risk assessments, order and maintain stock and resources
∎ To present results to senior staff
∎ To use testing items and subjects to gather results
∎ To gather data and information from test subjects
∎ To monitor ongoing tests and experiments, noting any difference
∎ To produce accurate and reliable data and interpret results
∎ To document all activities, record results and insert/retrieve data
∎ To maintain work area and equipment and keep the lab clean
∎ To conduct and support scientific investigations and experiments
∎ To plan, set up and undertake controlled experiments and trials
∎ To maintain, calibrate, clean and test sterility of the equipment
∎ To write reports, reviews and summaries
∎ To keep up-to-date with relevant scientific and technical developments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Proven working experience as a Lab Assistant
∎ Familiarity with automated laboratory equipment
∎ Computer literacy and experience with Laboratory Information Systems
∎ Accuracy and close attention to detail
∎ Strong analytical judgment
Salary: Negotiable
