Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed University
∎ PGDHRM will get preference
∎ Certified KPI Specialist (CKPIS) will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & implement KPI based performance appraisal system.
∎ Develop reports for key strategic initiatives.
∎ Contribute to KPI automation through setup of data, designing the system automation requirements.
∎ Administer the measurement tools for the KPIs and ensure input data is accurate and timely.
∎ Administer the reporting dashboard to ensure all KPIs results are visually available to the board monthly/daily/weekly.
∎ Develop and improve the use of performance measures in the organization.
∎ Facilitate the ongoing use of performance measures.
∎ Monitor performance and record, analyze & distribute statistical information related to KPI performance.
∎ Ensure performance KPIs are measured and incorporated in the business processes through the organization structure and roles while ensuring the KPIs are connected to organizational objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills in English.
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
∎ Must have problem-solving, Leadership, Analytical, and decision-making skills.
∎ Must have a good command of office applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
∎ Have adequate knowledge of labor act & rules as well as related compliance standards.
