• Should have the ability to detect knitted fabric faults.
• Should have ability to identify stage of fault generation (Ex. Knitting, Dyeing, finishing).
• Should have ability to check fabric quality with 4-point system.
• Need good communication skills and team-leading ability Should have the ability to solve interdepartmental quality-related problems.

Supervisor knitting:

• Taking knitting orders & confirming as per required GSM & Dia
• Ensuring quality fabrics as per buyer’s requirement.
• Prepare a report on fabric knitting and yarn, quality, receiving, and monthly yarn stock.
• Accurate receiving of all yarn, inventory taking, quality checking, recording in the stock register as per procedure & reporting to the concerned department head and GM.
• The candidates must have enough technical knowledge on fabric manufacturing issues.
• Issue the gray fabric goods to the Subcontractor knitting factory as per the requirements of the fabric planning. 
• Maintain register and smooth operation for yarn received from suppliers, delivery to knitting, and returned Grey fabric.
• Strong technical expertise in knitting machines, fabric types and knitting process.
• Ensure machines are always in standard running conditions and running at optimum speed. 

Quality Dyeing:

• Guide to production by maintaining all the parameters and ensure right quality including (Shrinkage, GSM, Twisting,etc) as per buyer & company.
• Solving any problem by discussing with higher authority and developing the statistical data for the expectation level of finished products and assure its quality.
• Follow up and maintain all quality-related reports. Any other job assigned by the management.
• Properly understand buyers’ fabric requirements and deliver them within the given time limitation.
• Monitor and ensure that the entire fabric Quality process is going good with quality production.
• Have to take corrective action to improve quality and reduce fabric rejection.
