∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Diploma/ B.sc in Textile Engineering.
∎ 8 to 10 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Knit Fabrics
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Experience: 08-10 years in a relevant field.
∎ Must have good knowledge of quality documents and quality inspection reports.
∎ Must have good knowledge of Knit Garments and all product defects.
∎ Organization and ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment.
∎ Strong negotiation skills Professional demeanor and proactive approach.9. Ability to interface with all levels within the organization.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
∎ Ability to lead and handle a big team of quality inspectors, quality controllers and quality supervisors.
∎ Must have a good command of quality acceptance criteria and convince the production manager about the importance of product quality.
∎ As the Quality In-Charge of the Garments Division, specializing in knit garments, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the production process. Your role is critical in maintaining product integrity, meeting customer expectations, and enhancing overall operational efficiency within the accessories manufacturing division.
∎ Develop and implement quality control procedures for knit garments ensuring adherence to company standards and customer specifications.
∎ Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products to identify and address any quality issues.
∎ Maintain detailed quality control documentation, including inspection reports, corrective action reports, and data analysis.
∎ Work collaboratively with production staff to identify and rectify quality problems promptly.
∎ Analyze quality control data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to improve overall quality.
∎ Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for quality control in the accessories industry.
∎ Conduct training sessions for production staff on quality control procedures.
