- Supervise daily operations and outlet visit and ensure the outlet meets operational standards.
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise and train staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
