Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CS, CSE, ICT, SE, ICE, IT from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead Engineer for the installation and maintenance of computer systems for Birds Group and its projects.
∎ Create and maintain the various backup servers and data tapes to ensure the continued data protection.
∎ Provide support for Birds Groups departments needing connections and access to servers and networks.
∎ Work with staff to ensure session support at all times.
∎ Assist Birds Group and its projects staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
∎ Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client server environment. Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers, and administrative systems.
∎ Resolve Virus and any other threatened issues.
∎ Work with a team of engineers and lead other engineers as needed.
∎ Assist with planning and equipping new installations.
∎ Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
∎ Communicate supplier and assist IT procurement process as per procurement policy.
∎ To determine specifications and take necessary steps for an IT inventory purchases
∎ Maintain IT inventories.
∎ Performing any necessary documentation as per required.
∎ Necessary software related support with software engineer of IBF
∎ Provide technical support to IT users on standard software and hardware.
∎ Carry out preventive maintenance procedures and act on preventive maintenance requirements.
∎ Ensure information security and monitor compliance with IT policies and procedures.
∎ Assist the Head of IT to ensure the availability of Local Area Network (LAN) and Internet connectivity, and systems are secured from external threats.
∎ Act as a contact point for vendors and suppliers, and responsible for overall vendor management.
∎ Provide administrative support.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the authority.

∎ Excellent communication skill in English.
