Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support with IT team in any urgent situation, after office hours and on holidays.
∎ Maintain IT documents to ensure product warranty & insurance coverage.
∎ Technical care of IT Asset like Printer, Photocopier, Scanner, Projector, Desktop, Laptop, etc.
∎ Help to process requisition/bills (Collect signing & process the invoice for payment).
∎ Maintain Toner/Cartridge stock and keep record in register, servicing, toner purchase and printing support to users over the group.
∎ Desktop & Laptop disassembling, reassembling and troubleshooting.
∎ Windows, Office, TeamViewer, Adobe Acrobat, Bijoy, Avro, Players, Dot Net & GPRS modem installation and Outlook & One drive configuration.
∎ LAN cabling & troubleshooting.
∎ UPS maintenance and others electrical & electronics support.
∎ GPRS modem purchase, handover to users and handling package & billing related issues.
∎ Help to relocate IT asset inter office, inter units and carry IT asset to vendor's office on different reason like claim warranty/servicing, others.
∎ IT accessories purchase support and ensure availability like RAM, HDD, Keyboard, Mouse, Power Strip, Patch Cord, Data Cable, Printer Cable, Different type of converters, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have the mind set to travel frequently.
∎ Candidate must have proper communication ability in both Bangla & English.
