Experience:

Basic knowledge of water distribution systems and customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with communities.
Ability to ride a motorbike and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience: At least 1–2 years’ experience in community development, water supply projects, or field operations will be considered an advantage
Strong commitment to community service and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work in a team environment and support senior staff in achieving project goals.

Max Social Enterprise Ltd. is seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Regional Officer to support the expansion and management of piped water supply systems in the Patuakhali region. The role will involve assisting in water delivery operations, monitoring quality, managing basic customer services, and coordinating with local communities to ensure smooth project implementation.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Regional Officer located in Patuākhāli. The Junior Regional Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supporting regional activities, coordinating with local teams, and ensuring effective implementation of company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in achieving targets for new household water connections and piped water schemes in the assigned area.
Support demand creation activities in local communities through awareness and customer engagement.
Assist in site surveys, social mapping, and customer registration for new water grids.
Coordinate with local communities, government bodies, and other stakeholders under the guidance of the Regional Officer.
Monitor daily water distribution activities to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Assist in monitoring water quality and reporting irregularities.
Support in customer account management including tariff collection, billing, and handling basic customer queries.
Prepare simple field reports and share updates with management.
Support the Community Marketing Representatives (CMRs) in field-level marketing activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
