SQ Group Of Companies produces all types of Electrical Wire & Cables, Energy Saving Lights, Accessories, Transformers, Fan, Concrete & Wooden utility poles and also the leading importer of other electrical accessories. We are looking for young, energetic and dynamic Junior Programmer who will be able Coordinate with our MIS team effeciently. Leadership Skill, Organization Skill and Problem Solving skill along with Excellent communication skills, a sense of urgency, in depth knowledge in respective field which are extremely useful to succeed in this task.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Assist senior developers in designing, coding, testing, and deploying new features and modules for our custom-built ERP system.

• Maintenance & Enhancement: Maintain and improve existing application modules built with CodeIgniter 3 framework.

• Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and technical issues reported by end users.

• Database Management: Write, optimize, and maintain complex MySQL queries for various operational and reporting purposes.

• User Support: Provide second level technical support to users to ensure smooth business operations.

• Required Skills :

  • Core Technical Skills:

    • Solid understanding of PHP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and CodeIgniter 3. Writing clean, efficient, and well documented code following industry best practices and internal coding standards

    • Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly MySQL, and proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries.

    • Good command of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery & AJAX.

  • Framework Knowledge: A clear understanding of the MVC (Model-View-Controller) architectural pattern especially the CodeIgniter.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

    • A strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow professionally.

    • Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

      • Knowledge of Mobile app development.

      • Skill in E-Commerce site development.
