Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent must be a Diploma in Printing Technology from reputed institution-major in Offset Printing will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Discharge all functions indirect control and supervision of the Manager Printing
∎ Monitor the operation of PLC controlled Offset Metal Printing Line and Printing Operations
∎ Understanding of Film development process, Color combination process, quality control process and other metal printing process
∎ Ensure high standard of cleaning & Safety of the plant
∎ Ensure autonomous maintenance of the printing line
∎ Ensure Quality of Raw materials, packaging materials & Product in production time.
∎ Keep liaison with other departments & cross-functional activities
∎ Maintain process &documentation as per ISO 9001:2015
∎ Perform any other activities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 1-2 years working experience printing operation. Experience in offset metal printing line will be preferred
∎ Computer literacy in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
∎ Basic Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing (5s,TPM,Kaizenetc)
∎ Should have working experience with ISO management system
∎ Must stay near the factory and willing to work in shifting duties
∎ Must be a dynamic, highly motivated individual who is reliable and loyal to the company.
∎ Candidates should be hardworking and maintain a positive attitude.
∎ Candidate must be fully-computer literate and capable of using the full Microsoft Office Package in addition to being able to use the internet and email facilities.
∎ Strong Communication skill (Written & Spoken) in both English and Bengali
∎ Must be structured person with strong analytical skills
