Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Quality Assurance or Quality Control.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check the Printed sheet quality before slitting (shearing).
∎ Ensure the CAN Making quality in every steps for Semi-Automatic Line, High Pressure Can (HPC) Line & Component Line.
∎ Ensure online quality checking & test the products (samples) in Lab by using lab apparatus & equipment.
∎ Prepare Can quality check report as well as final quality of lot in production.
∎ Follow SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and maintain documents as per SOP.
∎ Check & sign floor Record Book, make report and counter-sign from superiors.
∎ Maintain the quality of products as per standards.
∎ Check Can making raw materials & make reports as well as raise NCPR (Non-Conformance Product Report) if any non-conformity.
∎ Make product COA (Certificate of Analysis) and checklist for specific product.
∎ Develop Quality parameters with continuous study/observation & discuss with superiors.
∎ Continuous development/improvement for Lab & Process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ At least 3 (three) years of working experience in production/quality in Can Making Line/Lab.
∎ Must have leadership qualities, self-driven, self-motivated and capabilities to supervise employees working under this post.
∎ Must have good command over both Bangla and English.
∎ Computer literacy (MS Office) is essential.
