Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and attend E-mail from all sources
∎ Limit Conversion of Card Limit
∎ Ensure Endorsement facilitates
∎ Enable/disable of Cross Border Limit
∎ To open and close of E-commerce Transaction facilities
∎ Provide ERQ & RFCD account available amount and current status
∎ Close of Cards
∎ Card block /Re-active as per Recovery team request
∎ Maintenance all types of Cards data
∎ Solve contact center queries with data maintenance
∎ Card Re-activated for third party usage
∎ Card Link (Mapping)
∎ Limit Enhancement
∎ Set Card limit
∎ Versatile Prepaid (staff) card activation
∎ Respond queries of customers and OBL Branches over phone
∎ Maintain excellence in Service Standard and ensure seamless services delivery to Cardholders
Additional Requirements:

∎ Computer literacy, language proficiency, Good interpersonal and communication skill
