Job Responsibilities:
∎ Settlement of Q-cash and NPSB transaction (off-us, on us and Remote on-us) with reconciliation;
∎ Prepare transaction report & settlement of Passport Fees;
∎ Collaborate with OK-Add-Money On-Us transection settlement report and OK Wallet Credit, debit & Pre-Paid Card transaction (On -us) settlement with reconciliation;
∎ Transfer of Balance (EMI 13.5% and 20%) to Customer CASA Account or advice to Branch for Issue a BEFTN against Credit Card remaining balance as per Office Memo; 1 % Smart EMI Processing Fee (POS);
∎ Closely work with VISA Credit Card-Smart Transfer-OBL-Account and BEFTN Account with ISSUE close;
∎ Realization of VISA- Credit, Prepaid or Hajj -Card Payment reconciliation with GL and CMS; Standing Instruction as per mail request; Maintain daily wrong card MIS from payment GL and support to Branches, Daily checking VISA Credit Card Payment through Internet Banking and BEFTN accordingly; Different type of Versatile Card Payment receives from Finance division (i.e.- Conveyance Facilities, Card Allowance, Staff LFA);
∎ Impose of duplicate statement charges in Credit Card on TWCMS;
∎ Assist in VISA Debit Card and PIN Replacement fee; VISA Credit card replacement Card / PIN fee realization posting; VISA debit card renewal fee realization;
∎ Realization of Credit Card Excise Duty Charges;
∎ Prepare of Merchant bill, Bill invoice, Bill recipient memo, Bill collection and Bill collection Call, Clearing Cheque send Memo prepared & Tracking;
∎ Work Proactively with BOLAKA Lounge and Priority Pass - Commission Bill Input/Reporting, reconciliation, and access uses Bill charges to Card Holder by memo instruction and reconcile;
∎ Refund and reversal of Credit, Hajj or Prepaid Card Remaining balance; Different type of reversal or waiver executed in TWCMS like Annual fee reversal, Overdue fee, Over limit fee, interest as per memo instruction;
∎ Assist to Credit Card Payment Conversion (BDT to USD) / (USD to BDT);
∎ Response to Customer and Branch query for monthly bill, outstanding, interest, waiver, Smart EMI and many different issues; Execute month end execution and getting all report from TWCMS for CIB report.
